The merge of the two companies has broaden its operational base and now under Elsainvestments2020 the company has formed a co-operative to raise $20,000 USD (twenty thousand dollars) to construct a 1×3 housing unit of flats in six months from inception of the project.The project will be giving a $300 USD (three hundred dollars) return every month after its commissioning.The total value of the housing units after completion will be at $50,000 USD(fifty thousand dollars) meaning over 100% of original investment.
We are now calling invetors in this co-operative to invest a minimum of $1000 USD (one thousand dollars) in shares per head and once we reach that mark of $20,000USD then doors will be closed for this prospect.
